All Bison Sausage links should only be heated 2- 3
minutes in a steamer or BBQ. They are also tasty in a homemade soup.
Just cut them up in small pieces and heat them in your soup for 2 3
minutes and serve right away.

All Bison Sausage chubs are precooked and weigh
250gr. They are excellent on a whole wheat or spelt bread. Especially
good in a sandwich when your children go to school or for you when you
go to work. Furthermore you can cut them in small pieces and mix them
under a omelet. Or cut a slice stick it on top of a cracker or bread
with a little bit goat cheese and heat them for a short while in the
oven.

Bison Burger:
Our Burgers are made with great care and pride. We use Organic Flax-,
Pumkin-, and Sunflower seeds as well as Organic Grey Sea salt. Our
customers told us many times that they like the flavor but most
important our juicy bison burger do not shrink so much.
The best way to prepare them is to use them straight from the freezer
and lay them on the BBQ or frying pan. Complete instructions are on the
label.

Only 8 10% fat, free of trans fat in 225gr or large size (1,4kg) to slice
in the deli counter.

5 small Pepperoni each 25gr in one Package. A new great tasting product
Pre-prep Bison steak
A pre-baked Bison steak.. The product has been baked at a low temperature
for a longer time to hold the nutrients and keep the incredible taste.
The customer just has to heat it fro 2 minutes each side on BBQ or in a
frying pan.
